My art education began very early, as a quiet student of my surroundings; the interplay of color, movement, and texture washed over me and through me without outlet. In later life I came to realize that what I wanted to communicate could not be said with words. Instead of watching, thinking, and internalizing, I burst outside of my comfort zone and embraced my vision. I let go—without losing sight of who I am and where I've been.
What you see in my art is my reality and my legacy.
